The Sycamore Legacy Grandparenting Ministry exists to encourage, envision, and equip grandparents to be purposeful disciples that influence generations to come. 

We believe Christian grandparents are uniquely positioned to spiritually influence their grandkids and have a Biblical mandate to do so. 

Our goal is to awaken the importance of grandparenting through in-person video seminars, discussion and prayer as well as many other tools provided by the ambassadors of the Legacy Coalition Grandparenting Ministry.

The Mission: To equip grandparents to grow in their Biblical role so they can be intentional in perpetuating a legacy of faith.


The Vision: To reach Sycamore’s Grandparents, the community of Midlothian and the world with Christ focused grandparenting. 


The Dream: To know that our legacy of faith in Jesus Christ will outlive us in our grandchildren and the generations that follow.

Seminars: 6 weeks, 90 minutes each week, video, table discussion, spend time praying for ourselves and our families, and build relationships with other grandparents. Please contact the church office if you are interested.

Prayer Team: Praying for grandparents, their families and the ministry.

Core Team: People who are willing to help with leadership roles and are committed to the ministry's purpose.
